Not at all. In fact, we prefer to start with a conversation about your concept and space. From there, we can advise on the right layout and equipment, so you're not buying more (or less) than you need.

Can I visit a showroom before making a decision?

Yes. Our showroom is located in Shah Alam, Selangor. We encourage you to come in. It helps you see the equipment quality in person and gives us a chance to understand your project better. Contact us to set up an appointment for showroom visit or kitchen equipment demo use.

How quickly can you get started on my project?

This depends on the scope of your project. For Starter Package customers, we aim to complete the planning stage within 1–2 weeks of your first consultation. Contact us and we can give you a more accurate timeline based on your situation.
